Cynthia shares simple Mindfulness, Art, and Yoga practices to help busy people de-stress and practice creative meditation. She trains artists, yogis, yoga teachers, and K-12 teachers to facilitate, design, and market their own mindful art and yoga workshops. Cynthia has been teaching since 2007 and her online courses, teacher training, and tele-summits have reached people in more than 50 countries.
