Anne is a 250 RYT yoga teacher and a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher who has studied with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield as well as taken many workshops with world-renowned teachers such as Sally Kempton, Pema Chödrön, and Annie Carpenter.
