What is emotional freedom?  In part 2 of our month-long series on mental health, Anne-Laure Peaucelle talks about how we can empower ourselves to have emotional freedom through yoga.  Anne-Laure is a trauma-informed yoga teacher and Certified yoga therapist who helps people find emotional freedom through creating deep trust in themselves. She works in mental health hospitals, women’s shelters, yoga studios and rehabilitation centers.
