Today on The Yoga Pro Podcast, Christa Fairbrother joins us to chat about the physiological differences between land and water yoga; and the many considerations when planning to teach Aqua Yoga. Christa is an E-RYT 200 and RYT 500, and she has a ton of certifications including: aqua yoga specialist, yoga for arthritis instructor, aquatic therapy and rehab institute, arthritis foundation, and accessible yoga. She is a long-time sufferer of arthritis and now helps other people use the tools of yoga to manage their health.
