Aurora is the founder of Systemic Evolutions where she teaches people how to hack their nervous system to reduce anxiety, stress, and overwhelm. She is certified in Interpersonal Neurobiology and coaching, and she struggled with complex PTSD that showed up as depression, anxiety, and chronic stress; and through much research, found ways to help herself and her clients.
