Pamela Crane, MS Yoga Therapy, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, YACEP, is a certified yoga therapist who helps heart-centered entrepreneurs overcome fears and imposter syndrome to create online content; and provides evidence-based continuing education and mentoring for yoga professionals. She has presented stress management seminars at the US Department of Health and Human Services, the US Department of Education, and the USPS headquarters to name a few; and has presented nationally and internationally at symposiums and conferences for yoga and integrative medicine.
